About this card

PlayStation Now has been discontinued. It ran from 2014 as Sony's standalone streaming subscription — first streaming-only, later with downloads for PS4 titles — and in 2022 it was retired into the rebuilt PlayStation Plus, reaching the Americas on 13 June that year. Existing PS Now subscribers were moved onto PS Plus Premium for whatever time they had left, at no extra cost. Sony no longer issues PS Now codes and will not accept one, so this page sells the thing the old name now points at.

Premium is where the PS Now catalogue went. On top of everything in Essential and Extra, it carries the Classics Catalog of PS1, PS2 and PSP titles, cloud streaming of PS3 games that were never re-released and of much of the Game Catalog, and time-limited game trials of new full-price releases. Streaming runs to PS5, PS4 and the PC app in the markets Sony supports, which is the closest current equivalent to what a PS Now subscription used to do.

The amounts here are the two US Premium terms rather than an arbitrary balance: $49.99 buys three months, $159.99 buys twelve. Redeem while a membership is already running and the time is added to the end of the current term; if the account sits on a lower tier, Sony converts the value proportionally instead of downgrading it. Nothing lands in the PSN wallet — this is membership time, not spendable credit.

Two constraints are worth reading before you pay. First, the tier is called Deluxe instead of Premium in markets where Sony does not run cloud streaming, and Deluxe drops the streaming while keeping the classics and trials — the US variant sold here is a full Premium market. Second, a PSN account's country is chosen at sign-up and cannot be edited afterwards, so a code bought for the wrong store is not recoverable. Buying here needs no PlayStation login, no card on file and no identity check: a delivery email is all we take.

What you get

  • A claim code, delivered by email
  • A private order page (14-day access)
  • Re-issue or full refund if the code fails
  • No PlayStation Now login or ID required

Asked & answered

Specifics for PlayStation Now cards. For general crypto-payment questions, see the site FAQ.

Is PlayStation Now still a separate service I can subscribe to?

No. Sony retired PlayStation Now in 2022, folding it into the rebuilt PlayStation Plus — the change reached the Americas on 13 June 2022. There is no PS Now subscription to buy, no PS Now app to sign into, and Sony will not accept a code sold as PS Now. What you get here instead is PS Plus Premium, the tier that absorbed it.

I was a PS Now subscriber. What happened to the time I had left?

It was converted, not lost. When the services merged, Sony moved every active PlayStation Now member onto PS Plus Premium for the remainder of their term at no extra charge, and anyone holding both subscriptions had the two balances combined. If that converted time has since run out, a Premium code from this page is what puts the same access back.

Does Premium really include what PS Now used to do?

The streaming half of it, yes. Premium carries cloud streaming of PS3 titles that were never re-released and of much of the Game Catalog, to PS5, PS4 and the PC app. It adds two things PS Now never had: the Classics Catalog of PS1, PS2 and PSP games with rewind and save states, and time-limited trials of new full-price releases.

Which membership term does each amount buy?

The face value is the term at the standing US price: $49.99 is three months of Premium and $159.99 is twelve months. Nothing is credited to the PSN wallet — the voucher is consumed at redemption and the membership clock starts, or extends the term already on the account.

Is cloud streaming available everywhere?

No, and that is why the tier has two names. Where Sony runs game streaming the top tier is Premium; where it does not, the same tier is sold as Deluxe, which keeps the Classics Catalog and the game trials but drops streaming, and is priced lower to match. The United States variant sold here is a full Premium market.

My PSN account is not registered in the United States. Can I use this?

No. A PlayStation Plus voucher only redeems on an account registered in the same country, and a PSN account's country is set at sign-up with no way to change it afterwards — there is no region switch in settings and support will not move a code between stores. Redeem on a US account, or buy the country your account was actually created in.

Can I stack this on a membership I am already running?

Yes. Redeeming while a membership is active appends the days to the end of the current term rather than replacing it. If the account is on Essential or Extra, Sony converts the Premium value proportionally instead of downgrading you, so nothing you have already paid for is discarded — you simply run for a different length of time.

Which coins can I pay with, and how fast does the code arrive?

Eight — Bitcoin, Monero, Ethereum, Solana, USDT on TRC-20 or ERC-20, Litecoin and TRON. The code is emailed once the payment confirms on chain, which takes about eleven minutes on median. No account, no KYC and no identity document: we take a delivery email and nothing else, and it can be the recipient's rather than yours.
