I never received the confirmation email.
Check your spam folder for "GiftCryp". If still nothing within 5 minutes, you can recover the page here with your order number alone — but you'll still need the email to confirm it's yours.
My invoice expired before I could pay. Can I revive it?
Yes. Pay anyway — the cron picks up "late" deposits up to 48 h after expiry and reactivates the order automatically. After 48 h, contact support with the order number for a manual refund or re-issue.
I sent the wrong amount of crypto.
Send the difference to the same deposit address from the same wallet. Our checkout aggregates incoming amounts up to the invoice expiry. After expiry, the funds are still recoverable — email us with the order number and the txid.
Can I cancel an order?
Only before any deposit confirms on chain. Open your order page and click "Cancel" — the invoice will close immediately. After confirmation, the order is settled and the carrier credit is processed.
We answer every email within 24 h, often sooner. Quote the 7-digit order number — it tells us everything we need.
