Five steps

From your wallet to a working code.

There is no physical card and no app to install. The code lands in your inbox after one chain confirmation, then redeems on the brand's normal redeem page.

Minute by minute

What happens between click and code.

From the second your transaction broadcasts to the moment the email lands. Five stages, median total of eleven minutes — outliers happen during mempool spikes.

0:00

Click pay

Coin and amount are confirmed; a unique payment address and QR are generated.

0:30

Address shown

Scan with your wallet or paste the address. The exchange-rate quote is locked for thirty minutes.

2 – 5 min

Network confirms

Time depends on the chain — see the table below. USDT-TRC clears in seconds, BTC takes 10–20 min on a normal day.

8 – 11 min

Code emailed

The brand provider returns a fresh, unredeemed code within seconds of confirmation. We forward it straight to your inbox.

11+ min

Redeem at the brand

Open the redeem URL listed on the product page, paste the code, done. The order page stays live for fourteen days.

The five steps

A walkthrough you only need to read once.

Same flow on every gift card and every prepaid top-up. No physical card, no app, no account. Numbers are hints — the icons and labels are what matter.

Step 01

Pick the right variant

Region-locked, wallet-currency or billing-currency — the variant picker labels each one. Match it to your account country before clicking pay; this is the only step you can't undo without a refund.

Step 02

Choose amount + coin

Click a denomination chip or use the custom amount when the brand allows it. Pick BTC, XMR, ETH, USDT (TRC/ERC/SOL), LTC, BCH, SOL, DOGE, DASH, TRX or BNB — the rate is locked for 30 minutes from generation.

Step 03

Enter your email

One email address per order — it's where the claim code, the order page link and any reissue notice land. We send transactional only, no marketing, no third-party email tracking.

Step 04

Send from your own wallet

Self-custody only — never an exchange withdrawal address that auto-converts coins, never a split deposit. The pay page polls the chain every 12 seconds and updates pending → confirming → confirmed.

Step 05

Receive and redeem

Within ~11 minutes of the on-chain confirmation the code arrives by email. Open the brand's redeem URL listed on the product page, paste the code, done. The order page stays live for 14 days.

By the network

Confirmation time depends on the coin you pay with.

The chain you broadcast on determines when the code lands. Median end-to-end times below — fees and mempool activity can push outliers higher.

BTC
Bitcoin
10 – 20 min

One confirmation. Mempool congestion can push past 30 min — pay with a priority fee or wait it out.

XMR
Monero
~10 min

Ten confirmations from the brand provider. Predictable timing. The strongest privacy-preserving choice on the catalog.

ETH
Ethereum
1 – 3 min

One confirmation. Gas fees spike during congestion — check the current gwei before broadcasting.

USDT-TRC
Tether on Tron
~30 s

Cheapest stablecoin path. Around one dollar in fees. Default if your wallet supports it.

USDT-ERC
Tether on Ethereum
1 – 3 min

Same dollar peg, higher gas. Use only when your exchange forces ERC-20.

USDT-SOL
Tether on Solana
< 10 s

Fastest stablecoin in the catalog. Sub-cent fees. Practical at any size.

SOL
Solana
< 10 s

Fastest layer-one native asset. Practical fees, sub-second finality.

LTC
Litecoin
1 – 3 min

Mature, low fees, quick confirms. Reliable fallback when BTC fees are high.

BCH
Bitcoin Cash
1 – 3 min

Quick, near-zero fees. Less common at brand providers but supported.

DOGE
Dogecoin
~1 min

Familiar, fast, low fees. Useful if you already hold DOGE on a payment-friendly wallet.

TRX
Tron
< 1 min

Native TRX, separate from USDT-TRC. Useful if your TRX is already on-chain.

Times measured against the brand provider, not just the chain. Outliers happen during exchange congestion or third-party API hiccups — every order has a status page at /orders.

Variant rules

Three patterns. One rule each.

Every brand on this catalog falls into one of three redemption patterns. The variant picker on each product page labels which one — read it before clicking pay.

Strategy A

Region-locked

The card only redeems on a specific country store or account. Get the country wrong and the code is rejected with a region error.

Examples

Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, Sephora, Airbnb

Tip · Pick the country store that matches your existing account.
Strategy B

Wallet-currency

The code redeems on a global account but in a fixed currency. Once your wallet is funded in EUR, every future top-up has to be EUR.

Examples

Steam, Roblox, Aircash, Battle.net, Visa Prepaid

Tip · Match the currency your account is already locked to.
Strategy C

Billing-currency

Charged in a chosen currency on the brand's redemption portal. The recipient picks any partner from a global network.

Examples

FlightGift, Hotelgift, AirlineGift, ActivityGIFT

Tip · Pick whichever currency you find easiest to compare against retail.
When things misbehave

The six edge cases we keep seeing.

Refunds in the original coin within fourteen days, no support runaround, no hidden small print.

Already redeemed

Almost always means someone with access to your delivery email used the code. Reply to the original delivery email or visit /orders — we re-issue from a different lot.

Wrong region

Variant mismatch — a US Amazon code can't redeem on amazon.de. We refund in the original coin, no questions asked, then re-buy the right variant.

Slow chain confirm

Bitcoin mempool congestion can stretch confirmation past 30 min. Wait it out, or contact us for a status check; the rate quote stays locked for the original 30 min window.

Wrong currency on a wallet-currency code

Steam and Roblox lock to your account currency. If your wallet is in EUR, a USD code won't credit. Refund + re-buy in the right currency.

Code typo at redeem

Always copy and paste — never retype. Brands lock codes after 3–5 wrong attempts. /orders has the original copy of your code; copy it again.

Email never arrived

Check spam first. The delivery email comes from a no-reply on our own domain. After thirty minutes with nothing visible: /orders shows the same code, no SMTP middleman.

Quick reference

Five questions we keep getting on redemption.

Can I get a refund if I haven't redeemed yet?

Yes — within 14 days of purchase, refund in the original coin to a wallet of your choosing. The code must not be redeemed yet; we verify with the brand provider before refunding.

Which coin confirms fastest?

USDT on Solana and Solana itself, both under ten seconds. USDT-TRC20 around thirty seconds. Bitcoin is the slowest of the major options at 10–20 minutes on a normal day.

Does the code itself expire?

The code rarely expires — most brands honour 5+ year validity. The /orders page on our site stays live for fourteen days; save the code locally if you want long-term access.

What's the difference between USDT-TRC and USDT-ERC?

Same dollar peg, different chain. TRC20 (Tron) costs around a dollar in fees and clears in under a minute. ERC20 (Ethereum) costs $5–30 depending on gas and clears in 1–3 minutes. Solana USDT is fastest with sub-cent fees.

I never received the delivery email — what now?

Check spam, then search your inbox for the order ID. Visit /orders with your order number and the email used at checkout — the same code is shown there, no SMTP middleman, no waiting on a forwarded email.
