Account & KYC

Q · 01
Do I need an account to buy?
Do I need an account to buy?
No. Every order is a single-page checkout: pick the card, enter your email, pay in crypto, receive the code. We don't store passwords, sessions or login state — there is no account to forget.
Q · 02
Why do you ask for an email then?
Why do you ask for an email then?
That's where the gift code lands. The same email also opens your /orders page (live for 14 days after purchase) so you can re-find the code, request a refund or trigger a re-issue. Email is the single piece of contact data we keep.
Q · 03
Do I need to verify my identity (KYC)?
Do I need to verify my identity (KYC)?
No KYC for standard digital orders, regardless of amount. We do not ask for ID documents, address proofs, names or selfies. The code lands after one chain confirmation, no questions.
Q · 04
Is there a minimum order?
Is there a minimum order?
$5 USD-equivalent on most gift card brands; $10 on mobile top-up. The exact minimum is shown live on each product page in your selected coin and currency before you click pay.
Q · 05
Is there a maximum order?
Is there a maximum order?
$1,000 USD-equivalent per single order, applied automatically. For higher volumes (treasury, payroll-in-crypto, content-creator giveaways) the wholesale flow is available via /contact — flat reseller spread, monthly invoicing, payouts in your coin.
Q · 06
Can I check out from a phone?
Can I check out from a phone?
Yes. The site is a fully responsive web app — no install, no app store. Wallet deeplinks (BTC URI, USDT, ETH, etc.) open your wallet directly when you tap the QR or the Pay button.

Q · 01
Which cryptocurrencies do you accept?
Which cryptocurrencies do you accept?
Thirteen coins across the major chains: BTC, XMR, ETH, USDT (TRC20, ERC20, Solana), LTC, BCH, SOL, DOGE, DASH, TRX, BNB. The coins available for any specific brand are shown on each product page — some brand providers cap their accepted set.
Q · 02
Which coin is fastest? Which is cheapest in fees?
Which coin is fastest? Which is cheapest in fees?
Fastest: USDT on Solana and SOL itself, both under 10 seconds. USDT-TRC20 is next at ~30 seconds. Bitcoin is the slowest of the major options at 10–20 minutes on a normal day. Cheapest: USDT-TRC20 (~$1) and USDT-SOL (sub-cent fees) win — avoid USDT-ERC20 unless your exchange forces it.
Q · 03
Does the rate get locked when I click pay?
Does the rate get locked when I click pay?
Yes. The coin/USD quote stays valid for 30 minutes from the moment you click 'Pay with X'. After that, refresh the page to get a fresh quote — no surprise re-pricing in the middle of a transaction.
Q · 04
What happens if I underpay or overpay?
What happens if I underpay or overpay?
Underpay: the order pauses; you can either top up the difference within the rate-lock window, or get a refund of what you sent in the same coin (no code is issued until full amount confirms). Overpay: the surplus is refunded to a wallet address you give us; the code is delivered for the originally quoted amount.
Q · 05
What's the difference between USDT-TRC, USDT-ERC and USDT-SOL?
What's the difference between USDT-TRC, USDT-ERC and USDT-SOL?
Same dollar peg, different chains. TRC20 (Tron): ~$1 fees, ~30s confirmation. ERC20 (Ethereum): $5–30 fees depending on gas, 1–3 min. Solana: sub-cent fees, <10s. Default to TRC20 unless your exchange forces ERC.
Q · 06
Can I pay from a custodial exchange wallet?
Can I pay from a custodial exchange wallet?
Yes, but watch the network selector. Exchanges sometimes default to a chain the brand provider doesn't support (e.g. BEP-20 USDT, BSC withdrawals). Always check the chain in your exchange before broadcasting — wrong-chain sends are usually unrecoverable.

Delivery & timing
Median ~11 min after on-chain confirm
Q · 01
How long does delivery actually take?
How long does delivery actually take?
Median 11 minutes from 'click pay' to 'code in inbox'. Roughly: ~30 seconds to broadcast and show the QR, 1–20 minutes for chain confirmation (depends on the coin), then 8–11 minutes for the brand provider to issue and email the code. Outliers happen during mempool spikes.
Q · 02
What's in the delivery email?
What's in the delivery email?
The brand's gift code (claim string), the original order number, a direct link to the brand's redeem page, and a link back to your /orders page on this catalog. No marketing, no third-party tracking pixels, no upsell links. From a no-reply address on our own domain.
Q · 03
What if it takes longer than expected?
What if it takes longer than expected?
Refresh /orders with your order number — it shows the live status (broadcasting / confirming / fulfilling / delivered). Bitcoin mempool spikes are the most common cause of slow confirms; either wait it out or contact us via /contact for a status check and rate-lock extension.
Q · 04
I never got the email — what now?
I never got the email — what now?
Check spam first. The delivery email comes from a no-reply address on our own domain (not a third-party SMTP). If still nothing after 30 minutes, /orders shows the same code with no email middleman — open it with your order number and the email used at checkout.
Q · 05
Why email and not a wallet/account?
Why email and not a wallet/account?
Email-only delivery means we never need a password, never need account-recovery flows, never need session cookies or device fingerprinting. Standard email is more reliable than building yet another login system, and it works on every device you already use.
Q · 06
Are there delivery fees?
Are there delivery fees?
No. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay — quoted in your chosen coin, no hidden surcharges, no fulfilment fee, no priority-delivery upsell. The only variable cost is the on-chain network fee, which goes to miners/validators (not to us).

Refund & re-issue
14-day order page, refund in original coin
Q · 01
Can I refund a code I bought by mistake?
Can I refund a code I bought by mistake?
Yes — within 14 days of purchase, full refund in the original coin to a wallet address you choose, as long as the code hasn't been redeemed. We verify with the brand provider before refunding so we don't accidentally refund a partly-used balance.
Q · 02
What if the code I received is dead or already used?
What if the code I received is dead or already used?
Re-issue from a different lot, no questions asked. Reply to the original delivery email or open /orders. Median re-issue time: under 1 hour during operator shifts. The original code is invalidated server-side so it can't be redeemed twice.
Q · 03
What if I redeemed to the wrong account?
What if I redeemed to the wrong account?
That's outside our refund window — once a brand-side redeem succeeds, we can't reverse it. Most brands have their own dispute/transfer flow (Steam family, Amazon redemption swap, etc.); we'll point you to the right form via /contact.
Q · 04
How fast is the refund itself?
How fast is the refund itself?
Once approved, the on-chain refund usually broadcasts within 30 minutes of the request. Confirmation depends on the chain you chose for the refund (10–20 min for BTC, <1 min for SOL/USDT-TRC). You're notified by email when the transaction is sent and when it confirms.
Q · 05
Which coin do I get refunded in?
Which coin do I get refunded in?
The same coin you paid with — we don't convert. If you paid in BTC, you get BTC back. If you paid in XMR, you get XMR back. Refunds always settle on the same chain as the original payment, so your fees and confirmation times match.
Q · 06
Can I get a partial refund?
Can I get a partial refund?
Yes. For split orders or partial-redeem cases (e.g. one of two codes was redeemed but the second arrived dead), reach via /contact with the order number. Partial refund is calculated on the original USD-equivalent of the unredeemed portion.

Privacy & data
Email-only, no third-party trackers
Q · 01
What data do you keep about me?
What data do you keep about me?
Email address (so we can deliver the code), phone number on mobile top-ups only (so the carrier can credit the line), the crypto deposit address you paid from, and basic order metadata (which card, what amount, when, what status). That's the full list — no real name, no postal address, no IDs, no tax docs.
Q · 02
Do you run analytics or trackers?
Do you run analytics or trackers?
No third-party analytics, no behavioural-tracking pixels, no advertising remarketing tags, no session recorders. Two first-party UX cookies only: one for your locale, one for your display currency — both can be cleared via your browser at any time. No fingerprinting libraries.
Q · 03
Do you share data with the brand providers?
Do you share data with the brand providers?
Only what is strictly required to issue the code: the email address (so the brand-side fulfilment can deliver) and the order line. Never the wallet address, never the payment metadata, never your IP or browser data. We do not sell, rent, share or trade emails or phone numbers under any circumstance.
Q · 04
How long do you keep my email?
How long do you keep my email?
14 days for the order page to stay live. After that, the order is archived (anonymised, with the email replaced by a salted hash) for accounting/tax compliance per applicable jurisdiction. Phone numbers (mobile top-ups): 24 months, then hashed. We don't keep any of this longer than legally required.
Q · 05
Can I delete my data?
Can I delete my data?
Yes — request via /contact from the email used at checkout. We respond within 30 days per GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA / LGPD / DPDP Act standards (whichever applies in your jurisdiction). The only exception: order data we are legally required to retain for accounting/tax — those are anonymised, not exposed.
Q · 06
Do you log my IP address?
Do you log my IP address?
Standard web-server access logs (IP, user-agent, request path, timestamp) on a 90-day rolling window unless flagged for security investigation. We don't link IPs back to email addresses or order data, and we don't use any third-party analytics products that profile users (Cloudflare edge metadata is the same access-log scope, kept under their privacy policy).
