About this card

Cheryl Krueger started baking in Columbus, Ohio in 1981, and the thing the company is still known for is one product: the individually wrapped buttercream-frosted cut-out cookie. Around that sit tins, gift boxes, cookie towers, brownies and the Cookie of the Month Club subscriptions. This is not a restaurant card — Cheryl's Cookies is a gift-delivery business, and the balance buys parcels that get baked, boxed and posted to an address you nominate.

That changes what the card has to cover. The code is redeemed at checkout on cheryls.com, in the Gift Cards or Promotional Offers field, and the published terms carry no expiration date. Cheryl's has been part of 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, Inc. since 2005, and the issuer publishes the e-gift card as redeemable across that family as well — 1-800-Flowers.com, 1-800-Baskets.com, Harry & David, The Popcorn Factory, Wolferman's, Simply Chocolate, Fruit Bouquets, Personalization Universe and Stock Yards — so an unspent balance has somewhere to go beyond cookies.

Buying it here needs no account with Cheryl's, no card on file and no identity check. You give us a delivery email, pay in the coin you already hold, and the claim code arrives in about eleven minutes. The recipient then chooses what gets baked and where it lands, which is the part a fixed hamper cannot do.

The constraint on this card is shipping, not redemption. Shipping and handling is charged per delivery address and comes off the balance, so a $50 card does not buy $50 of cookies — send one parcel rather than four small ones if the balance is tight, or use the family's Celebrations Passport shipping subscription. Because the cookies contain no preservatives, Cheryl's recommends expedited delivery for states west of the Mississippi, the northeastern states and Florida, and only Overnight service guarantees arrival on a chosen day — standard ground gives a window, not a date. Deliveries to hospitals, hotels and colleges need extra care with the address, and Canadian orders cannot be placed online at all: they run through chat or phone, take one to two weeks, and add a shipping charge to every item on the order.

What you get

  • A claim code, delivered by email
  • A private order page (14-day access)
  • Re-issue or full refund if the code fails
  • No Cheryl's Cookies login or ID required

Asked & answered

Specifics for Cheryl's Cookies cards. For general crypto-payment questions, see the site FAQ.

Does the card cover shipping, or is that extra?

It covers it — which is exactly why the card value matters. Shipping and handling is charged per delivery address and comes out of the balance along with the cookies, so a $50 card buys less than $50 of baked goods. One larger parcel stretches a balance much further than several small ones sent to different addresses.

Can I guarantee the cookies arrive on a particular day?

Only with Overnight service. Cheryl's is explicit that if a gift has to arrive on a specific day you should use Overnight shipping to guarantee it; standard ground gives an estimated window that weather and carrier load can move. Overnight Saturday arrival is offered separately for weekend gifts.

Is it only good on cheryls.com?

That is where it is meant to be used, but not the limit. Cheryl's belongs to 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, Inc., and the issuer publishes the e-gift card as redeemable across the family — 1-800-Flowers.com, 1-800-Baskets.com, Harry & David, The Popcorn Factory, Wolferman's, Simply Chocolate, Fruit Bouquets, Personalization Universe and Stock Yards.

Do cookie subscriptions and clubs work with it?

Yes. The Cookie of the Month Club and the other subscription products check out through the same basket as a one-off tin, so the balance settles them the same way. A larger card is the natural fit here: a multi-month club costs more than a single box and draws down the balance in one transaction.

Can I send cookies to Canada with this?

Not easily, and not online. Cheryl's does ship to Canada, but those orders cannot be placed on the website — they go through chat or the phone, take one to two weeks, and add a shipping charge to every item on the order. Treat this as a card for a United States delivery address.

Why does Cheryl's push expedited shipping so hard?

Because the products contain no preservatives. Cheryl's specifically recommends expedited delivery services for addresses west of the Mississippi, in the northeastern states and in Florida, where transit time or heat would otherwise work against the cookies. It is a freshness recommendation, not an upsell.

Does the balance expire, and how do I check it?

The published e-gift card terms carry no expiration date, so the balance keeps until it is spent. To see what is left, call 1-800-242-5353 for a verbal balance or follow the link included beneath the e-gift card itself. The code is entered at checkout in the Gift Cards or Promotional Offers field.

Which coins can I pay with, and how fast does the code arrive?

Eight — Bitcoin, Monero, Ethereum, Solana, USDT on TRC-20 or ERC-20, Litecoin and TRON. The code is emailed once your payment confirms on chain, about eleven minutes on median. No account, no KYC and no identity document; the smallest card here is $50 USD-equivalent.
