About this card

Arby's is the flagship brand of Inspire Brands and runs about 3,200 restaurants, almost all of them in the United States. Its whole position is a sandwich nobody else builds at drive-thru speed: roast beef sliced in the restaurant through the day, the Beef 'n Cheddar with red ranch on an onion roll, the Half Pound French Dip & Swiss, brisket smoked for hours, and curly fries and a Jamocha shake alongside. The seasonal counter-programming — deep-fried turkey, King's Hawaiian buns, the venison and elk stunts — is why the brand punches above its unit count.

The card itself is simple stored value. It is drawn down at the register over as many visits as it takes, there is no expiry date and no dormancy or inactivity fee, and a shortfall on a big order is settled with cash or a bank card. You cannot use it to buy another gift card, and it is not cashable except where a state law requires it.

Buying it here needs no Arby's account, no app install and no identity check. You give us a delivery email, pay in whichever of the eight coins you already hold, and the code lands in about eleven minutes — which is the workable way to hand a US fast-food card to someone from outside the country.

Now the constraint, because it decides whether this card is right for the person you are buying it for: Arby's eGift cards redeem inside the restaurant only. They are not accepted at the arbys.com checkout, not in the Arby's app, and not inside DoorDash, Uber Eats or Grubhub — an order placed in a delivery app is paid to that app, not to Arby's. This is a card for somebody who walks up to a counter or rolls through a drive-thru. If the recipient orders everything to the door, buy them a chain whose card works online instead.

What you get

  • A claim code, delivered by email
  • A private order page (14-day access)
  • Re-issue or full refund if the code fails
  • No Arby's login or ID required

Asked & answered

Specifics for Arby's cards. For general crypto-payment questions, see the site FAQ.

Can I use it for an online or in-app Arby's order?

No, and this is the one thing to know before buying. Arby's eGift cards are redeemed in the restaurant only — the checkout on arbys.com and in the Arby's app does not offer gift card as a tender. The code is for the front counter, the dining room and the drive-thru. Everything else about it is normal stored value.

Does it work in DoorDash or Uber Eats?

No. An order placed inside DoorDash, Uber Eats or Grubhub is a purchase from the delivery app, which only accepts its own stored payment methods; a restaurant's gift card is never one of them. Since Arby's own app will not take the card either, delivery is simply not a channel this balance can reach.

How do I actually pay with it at a drive-thru?

Tell the crew at the speaker or the window that you are paying with a gift card, then read out the card number and PIN from the delivery email, or hold the phone screen up at the window. There is no plastic and no app to install — the number and PIN are the card. Do it before the order is totalled so it rings as the tender.

Does the balance expire or shrink over time?

No. The balance does not expire and Arby's charges no dormancy, service or inactivity fee against it. US gift-card funds are also protected by the Credit CARD Act of 2009, which sets a five-year federal floor and restricts inactivity charges — so a card bought today is worth the same amount years from now.

Is it good at every Arby's in the country?

The terms say participating restaurants, and the overwhelming majority of the roughly 3,200 standalone Arby's take it. The word bites at non-traditional sites — highway travel plazas, airport concourses and university food courts run by contract caterers — where the till belongs to the operator rather than the franchise. A phone call settles it in a minute.

What is worth spending it on?

The roast beef is the reason the chain exists: the Classic Roast Beef, the Beef 'n Cheddar with red ranch on an onion roll, and the Half Pound French Dip & Swiss with au jus. Round it out with curly fries, a Jamocha shake and whichever seasonal special is running — Arby's builds most of its marketing around limited-time meats.

How fast does the code arrive, and can I send it to someone else?

The code is emailed once your payment confirms on chain, about eleven minutes on median. Put the recipient's address in the delivery field at checkout and it goes straight to them — the code is never displayed on the payment page, so it stays between the two of you.

Which coins can I pay with, and is there a minimum?

Eight — Bitcoin, Monero, Ethereum, Solana, USDT on TRC-20 or ERC-20, Litecoin and TRON. The floor on gift cards is $50 USD-equivalent, so the smallest Arby's card here is $50. No account, no KYC and no identity document at any point.
