The single most useful thing about this card is where it stops working: nowhere in the family. Bass Pro Shops bought Cabela's in 2017 and folded the two gift-card programmes into one, so a Cabela's card is accepted at Bass Pro Shops stores, on basspro.com and through the catalogs exactly as it is at Cabela's. You are buying a balance for roughly two hundred big-box outdoor stores under two names, not for one chain.

Is a Cabela's card the same thing as a Bass Pro Shops card?
