The card carries no expiry and no fees, is governed by Tennessee law, and can only be used in the United States — the hundreds of Hardee's and Carl's Jr. franchises trading abroad are not on this programme.

Two constraints to name: acceptance is at participating restaurants, and the overwhelming majority of the estate is franchised, so a single unusual location can decline.
