关于此卡

A Microsoft gift card puts money in the Microsoft account wallet — the single balance that the Xbox store, the Microsoft Store on Windows and microsoft.com all draw from. It buys full games and pre-orders, DLC and in-game currency, Windows apps, films and TV, and subscription time including Game Pass. Microsoft spends the balance before it touches any card on file, which is why a topped-up account can keep buying with no bank card attached at all. One number worth knowing before you size an order: Microsoft caps redemptions at $1,000 per account per day.

We also sell an Xbox card and an Xbox Game Pass card, so here is the honest map. Game Pass is a subscription code — a fixed run of months on the library, and nothing else. The Xbox card and this one are both money, and they land in the same wallet; what differs is the door. The Xbox card is the console-facing SKU sold for the US, UK, Germany, France and Canada. This is the store-facing one: a taller ladder that reaches $500 a card, and a different country set that adds Spain and Australia. Buy this if the spending is going to be Windows, PC games, apps and films as much as console; buy the Xbox one if the account is a console account and the country is on its list.

The constraint that decides which variant you need is the country set on the Microsoft account, not where you live or which currency you hold. A French card will not redeem on a Spanish account even though both are priced in euros, and Microsoft support cannot convert a card from one region to another. The account owner can change the account's country, but an existing balance does not travel with it — so a mismatched card stays stranded even after the switch. Check the account before you pay, not after.

Buying here needs no Microsoft sign-in, no card on file and no identity check: a delivery email, a coin payment, and the code lands in about eleven minutes. That matters most where the Microsoft Store rejects local card types outright, and on a family console where nobody wants a live payment method sitting in the account. Balance does not expire in the great majority of markets and carries no dormancy or service fee, so there is no clock once the code is redeemed.

常见问题与解答

Microsoft 礼品卡专属说明。关于加密支付的通用问题,请参阅 常见问题.

How is this different from the Xbox gift card you also sell?

Honestly: under the hood it is the same Microsoft account balance. What differs is the packaging. The Xbox card is the console-facing SKU, sold for the US, UK, Germany, France and Canada. This one is the store-facing SKU: it reaches $500 on a single card and covers a different country set, adding Spain and Australia. Pick by the account country you need first, and by the ladder second.

And how does it compare with the Xbox Game Pass card?

That one is a genuinely different product. Game Pass is a subscription code — a fixed run of months on the Game Pass library, and it buys nothing else. This card is money in the account, which can go on Game Pass if you want it to, or on a specific game, some DLC, a Windows app or a film. If you know you want Game Pass and nothing else, the subscription card is usually better value.

What can the balance buy outside of games?

Everything the Microsoft Store sells to your account's region as digital goods: Windows apps, films and TV, PC games, DLC and in-game currency, and subscription time. The same wallet works on the console, in the Microsoft Store app on Windows and on the web, which is the practical reason to buy the Microsoft-branded card rather than the console one.

Is it region-locked, and to what exactly?

To the country set on the Microsoft account — not to where you live, not to your currency. A French card and a Spanish card are both in euros and are not interchangeable. Microsoft support cannot convert a card from one region to another, so check the account's country in its settings before you choose a variant here.

Can I just change my account country to match a card I already have?

You can change the country on a Microsoft account — unlike PlayStation, where it is permanent — but it does not solve this. An existing balance does not travel with the account when the region changes, and a card bought for the old country will not redeem on the new one. A mismatched card stays stranded either way, so buy the variant matching the account you already use.

Is there a limit on how much I can redeem at once?

Yes, and it is the one number that catches people out on large orders: Microsoft allows $1,000 of redemptions per account per day. Several codes can be redeemed inside that ceiling and the balances merge, but a $2,000 top-up has to be spread over two days. The cap is on redemption, not on how much balance the account may hold.

Does the balance expire, and can I take it out again?

It does not expire in the great majority of markets, and there are no dormancy or service fees against it — local consumer law sets the outer limit in a small number of jurisdictions. It is not cash, though: once redeemed, the balance belongs to that Microsoft account and cannot be transferred to another account or paid out, except where the law requires it.

Which coins can I pay with, and is there a minimum?

Eight — Bitcoin, Monero, Ethereum, Solana, USDT on TRC-20 or ERC-20, Litecoin and TRON. The floor on gift cards is $50 USD-equivalent, so the smallest Microsoft card here is $50 (C$75 in Canada, A$80 in Australia). No account with us, no KYC and no identity document at any point — we ask for a delivery email and nothing else.
