Informazioni su questa carta

Swissôtel is the Swiss-founded upscale brand that puts Alpine precision into large city hotels — a compact portfolio rather than a chain you trip over, spread across Europe, the Middle East and Asia with names like Swissôtel The Stamford in Singapore, Swissôtel The Bosphorus in Istanbul and Swissôtel Corniche Park Towers in Doha. In the United States the brand is essentially one address, and it is a good one: Swissôtel Chicago, the triangular tower above the Chicago River with lake views on two sides and the Loop at the door.

Two brand signatures are worth knowing before you spend the card, because they are what the money buys beyond a bed. Pürovel Spa & Sport is the house spa concept, built around Alpine herbs, with treatments and a fitness floor; Vitality is the brand's wellness and nutrition programme running through the menus and the rooms. Charges from both are billed to the room, which matters here: this card settles the folio, so it covers the nightly rate and the restaurant, bar and spa that land on it, rather than just the accommodation line.

Now the part buyers get wrong. Swissôtel belongs to Accor, and people reasonably assume an Accor card. It is not one. This is a property-level US gift card for participating Swissôtel hotels, and it is not accepted at Sofitel, Fairmont, Raffles, Pullman, Novotel, Mercure or Ibis. It is also not an ALL — Accor Live Limitless instrument: it does not top up an ALL account, does not buy Reward nights, and does not turn into points. Book whatever rate you like, including a members' rate, and the card simply pays the resulting bill.

The redemption is old-fashioned and worth planning for: the eGift is printed and presented at the front desk. A screenshot on arrival is not the process the property is set up for, so print it before you travel, and if the stay is at a Swissôtel outside the US, call ahead rather than assuming — the card is issued for the US programme. Buying it here needs no hotel account, no card on file and no identity check: a delivery email, the coin you already hold, and the code lands in about eleven minutes once payment confirms on chain.

Domande e risposte

Dettagli per le carte Swissôtel. Per domande generali sui pagamenti crypto, consulta la FAQ del sito.

Does it work across Accor, or only at Swissôtel?

Only at Swissôtel. The brand belongs to Accor, but this is a property-level card for participating US Swissôtel hotels — it is not accepted at Sofitel, Fairmont, Raffles, Pullman, Novotel, Mercure or Ibis. Accor sells its own group gift card separately; the two are different products and neither funds the other.

Where in the United States can I actually use it?

At participating US properties, which in practice means Swissôtel Chicago — the triangular tower above the Chicago River, and the brand's US flagship. Swissôtel's footprint is concentrated in Europe, the Middle East and Asia, so treat this as a Chicago card unless the property you have in mind confirms it takes the US eGift.

Does it cover more than the room rate?

Yes, because it settles the folio rather than one line on it. Anything charged to the room during the stay draws on the same balance: the nightly rate, breakfast and dinner in the restaurant, the bar, and treatments at Pürovel Spa & Sport. Ask the desk to bill spa and dining to the room and the card absorbs it all.

What is Pürovel, and what is Vitality?

Pürovel Spa & Sport is Swissôtel's own spa and fitness concept, built around Alpine herbs and their essential oils — massages, facials and body treatments alongside a gym floor. Vitality is the brand's wellness and nutrition programme, which shows up in lighter menu options and in-room details. Both are what separate a Swissôtel stay from a generic upscale city hotel.

Do I still earn ALL — Accor Live Limitless points on the stay?

Points earning follows the rate you booked, exactly as it would if you paid with a card, so a qualifying rate still earns and a non-qualifying one still does not. What the gift card cannot do is act as a loyalty instrument: it does not top up an ALL account, does not buy Reward nights and does not convert into points. It only pays the bill.

Do I really have to print it?

Yes — plan for it. The US programme is built around a printed eGift presented at the front desk at check-in, which is unusual in 2026 and catches people out on arrival. Print it before you travel rather than counting on a screenshot or the hotel's printer, and hand it over when you check in so it is on the folio from the first night.

What happens if the bill is bigger, or smaller, than the card?

A bigger bill is normal: the card value comes off the folio and you settle the balance at check-out with another payment method. If the stay costs less than the card, the remainder stays against the card under the property's own terms for a later stay — it is not redeemable for cash except where the law requires it, so size the denomination to the trip.

Which coins can I pay with, and do I need an account first?

Eight — Bitcoin, Monero, Ethereum, Solana, USDT on TRC-20 or ERC-20, Litecoin and TRON — with a $50 floor, so the smallest Swissôtel card here is $50. No hotel account, no sign-up with us, no KYC and no identity document at any point: we take a delivery email, and the code arrives roughly eleven minutes after the payment confirms on chain.
