Acerca de esta tarjeta

Shari's Berries has been dipping fruit since 1989, when Shari Fitzpatrick started hand-dipping long-stem strawberries in Sacramento; the brand now sits inside the 1-800-FLOWERS.COM family alongside Harry & David, Cheryl's Cookies, The Popcorn Factory and 1-800-Baskets.com. The catalogue is narrow on purpose: strawberries dipped in Belgian dark, milk and white chocolate then drizzled or rolled in nuts, sprinkles and crushed cookie, plus dipped cheesecake bites, cake pops, brownies, pretzels and Oreos, and bundles that pair the box with roses, a bundt cake or something sparkling. Most boxes land between about $40 and $100 before delivery.

The card is US-dollar credit at the berries.com checkout, entered at the payment step as a gift card or gift certificate. There is nowhere to spend it in person — the brand has no retail shops, so every order is a shipment to somebody's door. The balance carries no expiry date and no dormancy or service fee, and the same code is honoured across the 1-800-Flowers.com sibling sites, so a leftover $20 can go on a tin of Cheryl's cookies rather than dying on the berry catalogue. One rule to respect: the terms allow one gift card per online order, so two $50 codes will not merge into one $100 box.

Buying it here needs no account with the retailer, no card on file and no identity check. You give us a delivery email, pay in whichever of the eight coins you already hold, and the code arrives in about eleven minutes. That also makes this a workable way to put a gift on a US doorstep from outside the country, which the retailer's own checkout — built around US billing — makes awkward.

Size the card for the logistics, not just the fruit. Everything is made to order and moves as a perishable, packed with cold packs and handed straight to a courier, so the delivery and service charge is billed on top of the product price and comes out of this same balance — budget in the region of $15 to $20 on a typical box, and more for Saturday or expedited handling. You choose the delivery date on the product page, and around Valentine's Day and Mother's Day the good dates and the cheaper shipping tiers are gone days in advance. A street address is required: perishables are not delivered to PO boxes, and shipping is to the United States only.

Preguntas y respuestas

Detalles de las tarjetas Shari's Berries. Para preguntas generales sobre pagos crypto, consulta la FAQ del sitio.

Does the balance cover delivery, or is shipping billed separately?

It comes out of the same balance. Every order is a perishable shipment, so a delivery and service charge is added on top of the box price — budget in the region of $15 to $20 on a typical order, and more for Saturday or expedited handling. A $100 card is therefore closer to an $80 box of berries. Buy one rung above the gift you have in mind.

Can I put two codes on the same order?

No — the terms allow one gift card per online order, so two $50 codes will not combine into one $100 box. It is the order that is capped, not the card: if a $200 balance only spends $90 on the first delivery, the rest stays on the code for the next one. Size the face value to the biggest single gift you plan to send.

How do delivery dates work, and how far ahead should I redeem?

The delivery date is chosen on the product page before checkout, and the card pays for whichever date you pick; some fruit items also offer same-day or next-day delivery in served areas. Around Valentine's Day and Mother's Day, though, the good dates and the cheaper shipping tiers close days in advance, so redeem early rather than on the morning of the occasion.

Where can the berries actually be delivered?

To a United States street address — home, office or hospital — on the date you nominate. The box is perishable and packed with cold packs, so it needs a real address with somebody able to take it in: PO boxes are not served, and there is no shop to collect from because Shari's Berries has no retail locations. The recipient needs no account and no code of their own.

Can I spend it on 1-800-Flowers, Harry & David or Cheryl's instead?

Yes. Shari's Berries sits inside the 1-800-FLOWERS.COM family, and the same code is honoured across the sibling sites — 1800flowers.com, harryanddavid.com, cheryls.com, thepopcornfactory.com and 1800baskets.com. A part-used balance is not stranded on the berry catalogue if the next occasion calls for flowers, cookies or a gift basket instead.

Does the balance expire or get eaten by fees?

No. The card carries no expiration date and no service, dormancy or inactivity fee, which puts it comfortably past the five-year federal floor set by the US Credit CARD Act of 2009. A card bought in September is worth exactly the same in February — convenient, given that Valentine's Day is when most of these boxes get sent.

How fast does the code arrive, and can I send it straight to the recipient?

The code is emailed once your payment confirms on chain, about eleven minutes on median. Put the recipient's address in the delivery field at checkout and it goes to them directly — the code is never shown on the payment page, so nobody else sees it in transit. There is nothing to install and no account to open with us.

Which coins can I pay with, and is there a minimum?

Eight — Bitcoin, Monero, Ethereum, Solana, USDT on TRC-20 or ERC-20, Litecoin and TRON. The floor on gift cards is $50 USD-equivalent, so the smallest Shari's Berries card here is $50, which after delivery is about one good-sized box of dipped strawberries. No account, no KYC and no identity document at any point.
